postgraduate students. My area of research is stress physiology of crops, especially maize and rice.
While tomatoes are easy to grow, diseases and disorders can damage plants and reduce crop yields. Tomato growers in India run into many different fruit problems each year. This article attempts to describe symptoms, give probable causes or explanations, and control measures wherever possible for managing physiological disorders of tomato.
